2. Subscription help
Swing Thoughts requires a Premium subscription to use the app. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google through the store account used for the purchase.
- To manage or cancel a subscription, use your store account settings.
- To restore access on the same store account, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the paywall.
- If access does not return after restore, contact support with your device and purchase details.
3. Troubleshooting
- If the paywall does not load, check your internet connection and reopen the app.
- If purchases are not recognized, try Restore Purchases first.
- If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, send the device model, OS version, and the action that triggered the issue.
